We endeavour to show a true representation of the product with photographs and a description of image size colour weight materials in our advertising promotions so that you can be confident and satisfied with your purchase.

1. Delivery: Shipping is free within the UK outside of the UK may incur additional costs such as import and custom taxes etc which the purchaser is liable for. The shipping expenses will include: cost of packing packaging and postage.

2. Returns & Refunds:
You must contact us within 14 days upon receiving delivery by email with details and photographic evidence as set out below to request a refund then wait for approval for return and refund before returning any product. A refund will be deposited to the account of the purchaser of the original order made.
As we use a 3rd party to produce our Prints & Merchandise we adhere to their policy returns will be made to them see delivery packaging for return shipping address. Return Policy | Printful

No return or refunds for the following reasons:

Colours do not match exactly online image to product. Whilst every endeavour is made to portray a true representation of the product’s description of size colour material and image on this website. Due to the customer's settings on their digital device viewing the product may portray colour variations to the artwork you receive.

The artwork does not look the same in the buyer’s setting as displayed online. Due to the change of the size and lighting of the buyer's display setting or other factors as colours and perspectives could differ and change the product’s perceived overall appearance. We endeavour to show a true representation of the product in our advertising promotions.

The purchaser provided insufficient or incorrect shipping address and will be liable for additional re-shipping costs.

Products that have been unsealed.

We purchase printed products through a 3rd party printing company and are subject to their refund and returns policy you will need to contact us within 14 days in order for us to contact the 3rd party within their set time to request a refund and return from them. Return and refunds accepted for the following reasons:

As per below photographic proof of the product purchased is required before return & refund approved by the seller.

The product was found to be damaged upon delivery due to shipping refund sought from shipping company insurance by the purchaser.

Original Artwork & Remarque Prints
We endeavour to show a true representation of the product with photographs and a description of image size colour weight materials in our advertising promotions so that you can be confident and satisfied with your purchase.
1. Delivery: In the event that the purchaser cannot collect in person an artwork the purchaser agrees to arrange shipment (through the seller using a reputable postal company or through purchaser's own arrangements) and pay all necessary shipping expenses. The shipping expenses will include: cost of packing packaging and postage/delivery handler with insurance coverage provided with a shipping/tracking number. The purchaser is responsible for giving correct and sufficient details for shipping fulfilment and is liable for re-shipment costs. Shipping outside of the UK may incur additional costs such as import and custom taxes etc which the purchaser is liable for.
When the purchaser makes their own arrangements of delivery they are responsible for packaging care and security in transit and insurance coverage.

2. Returns & Refunds: You must contact us by email within 14 days of delivery date with written details and photographic evidence as set out below to request a return and refund then wait for approval before returning any product.
In the event that the product is damaged by the shipping company then a refund and damages would be sought from the shipping company’s insurance. Photographic evidence and written statement is required of damage to packaging before opening and damage to product once opened this is required from the purchaser and shipping contractor upon delivery by the seller along with compliance to the terms and conditions of refunds of the shipping company’s insurance policy.
In returning the product it must be in suitable packaging to secure the product from damage during shipment and to the shipping company’s requirements then photographs taken and sent to the seller of the package before shipping. When the product has been received by the seller in a fit and resellable state with the above evidence (written and photographic) then once an assessment and decision has been made about the product and an approved refund granted then a refund will be given within 14 days of that written decision. In all instances the purchaser must cover the cost to return the product which includes: postage fees insurance cover and postage tracking then provide proof of these in order to receive a refund.
No right of refusal return or refunds given by the seller for the following reasons:

Commissioned Artwork (bespoke artwork created for purchaser by the artist).

Due to the customer viewing the product on different digital devices there may be a colour difference to the actual product you receive.

The artwork does not look the same in the purchaser’s setting as originally displayed for sale online or exhibited due to the change of the size and lighting of the purchaser's display setting or other factors as colours and perspectives could differ and change the product’s perceived overall appearance. We endeavour to show a true representation of the product in different settings in our advertising promotions.

The purchaser provided insufficient or incorrect shipping address and will be liable for additional re-shipping costs.

Products that have been unsealed and returned in an unsellable condition.

Damage due to the shipping company.
